Photographic Images of Men:
Aim of Project

The aim of this project was to produce a series of black and white photographs that would represent some of the diverse 'faces' of males in our community. We hoped that it would be aesthetic, educational, disturbing, challenging, reassuring ...

We sought to ensure that young men, themselves, would be at the heart of determining both the focus and content of this exhibition. We also sought their input to the technical process. This participation was seen as being at least as important as the final product.
