Overview of Work/Interest: Derg Valley Healthy Living Project aims to provide a broad range of healthy living advice, information and support to all persons in the Castlederg area. We have conducted a wide needs analysis, and we constantly review our programmes and seek to expand their range and content to meet local need.

We already run some male groups including Coronary Heart Disease Support Groups, which offer pre- and post-op exercise programmes. We also facilitate support groups for carers, farmers, parents, and sufferers of terminal illness and their families.
